Limited intrusive investigation and onsite sampling helps to validate the findings from non-intrusive works.

A typical Scope may involve, durability, condition and visual assessment, including:

Samples can be tested at our UKAS accredited laboratories for:

• Compressive, tensile and bending strength
• Carbon dioxide permeability
• Chloride ion ingress/permeability
• Water vapour transmission
