The Business
Initivo Consultancy Limited combines world leading laboratory testing with expertise in engineering and consultancy. Our multi-disciplinary team provide practical and innovative solutions to the challenges posed by today’s built environment. We have a team of 90 engineers, technicians and apprentices and a strong track-record of success.
Initivo is owned by VINCI Construction Holdings who in turn are part of VINCI, one the world’s largest construction and concessions companies with a turnover in excess of €70b and 285,000 employees across the world.
Training & Career Development
Training is key to our future growth plans. We have a strong apprenticeship programme. We support our apprentices to achieve their learning goals from Level 3 to Level 6 in a variety of technical subjects from materials technology to civil engineering. We develop our team members into the business leaders of the future.
Wellbeing
We give mental wellbeing the same priority as we give to physical health and safety. We have an ongoing programme, led by our senior managers and wellbeing ambassadors to support our people to be happy and healthy, in and out of work.
