• Desk-top reviews of separating wall and floor elements to de-risk projects and provide the opportunity for value engineering (backed up by full-scale laboratory testing).
• UKAS accredited Building regulation Part E pre-completion compliance testing – compulsory on refurbishment (dwellings) projects and where Robust Details are not used.
• BB93 testing for schools, helping achieve BREEAM credits.
• Internal and external ambient and plant noise surveys to provide evidence for planning conditions and other requirements.
